Like my mother used to say all the time, "You get what you pay for:" At least this is the case with this well made vitamin. It's really not expensive for what you get. When I look at the price of organic food today, I think it's a real bargain!

I think an organic vitamin/mineral supplement is the most important supplement to take. Your body absorbs whole foods better than anything else. With this great supplement you also know your not absorbing pesticides and toxins along with the good stuff your body needs.
