If for any reason you’re unhappy with any product purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less return shipping charges) with the following stipulations:

• Only one opened package of any product is eligible to be returned. All other identical products must be in a factory sealed containers and boxes to be eligible for refund.
  
  
• Products ordered with free shipping are subject to a $4.95 shipping recovery fee.

• To return products, simply e-mail or call our Customer Service Department within 30 days of purchase to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. Refunds will not be made without a prior authorization and are subject to the above provisions.
